- Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field .

**Job Summary**

K Group is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes while providing best HR practices. The HRBP will support employees in various HR daily activities and resolve work-related issues. The role also involves assisting in the development, improvement, and implementation of human resource policies and procedures, conducting onboarding/orientation for new team members, handling paperwork related to new hires, and maintaining employee files and records.


**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes while providing best HR practices.

- Provide support to employees in various HR daily activities such as leaves, mission, or medical insurance issues, and resolve any work-related issues.
