Position:- Process Specialist
Location:- Wadi Houf
Job Responsibilities:
1) Design and provide overviews for product routing.
2) Filming of manufacturing processes for analysis and identify opportunities for waste reduction.
3) Conduct motion and time studies to optimize workflow and labor efficiency.
4) Review and optimize production routings to improve productivity and reduce lead times.
Qualification's:-
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in Steel manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Familiar with product routing
• Microsoft Excel and Oracle User

📝 Responsibilities:
1. Develop a comprehensive business plan to ensure the success of the manufacturing plant.
2. Analyze sales forecasts and identify opportunities for growth.
3. Evaluate the company's production capacity and identify areas for improvement.
4. Develop a marketing strategy to reach target customers.
5. Create a financial plan to ensure the company's profitability.
6. Set monthly production targets for each product line that are aligned with the company's overall sales goals.
7. Based on sales forecasts, determine the required production levels for each product line.
8. Track progress against targets and make adjustments as needed.
9. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
10. Compare sales data to industry benchmarks to identify areas for improvement.
11. Use data to identify new opportunities for growth.
📌 Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in production engineering, business administration, or a related field.
“MBA is a plus”.
· Good in English (writing, reading, and speaking).
· A professional certificate in production management.
