Group Culture Change and Internal Comms Manager

 Strategic Communications Leadership


Develop and execute intricate internal communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring the dissemination of consistent, compelling, and impactful messaging across diverse channels.

Supervise the crafting and distribution of internal communications materials, including but not limited to newsletters, presentations, and digital content.

Oversee the creation and dissemination of engaging content across various channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, emails) to keep employees informed and aligned with the group's vision and values.

Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Cultural Transformation Oversight


Lead cultural change initiatives by formulating and implementing comprehensive plans that promote a progressive, inclusive, and values-driven organizational culture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed desired cultural attributes, foster innovation, and champion diversity and inclusion efforts throughout the organization.

Design, implement, and manage multifaceted programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Strategically leverage various engagement tools, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment and implement data-driven strategies to address concerns and bolster engagement levels.

Employer Branding


Lead the employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with the group's values and objectives.

Collaborate with People & Culture and Marcomms teams to showcase the group as an employer of choice through various channels, including social media, corporate website, and recruitment campaigns. 

Stakeholder Collaboration


Collaborate closely with senior leadership, department heads, and internal stakeholders to align communication strategies and cultural initiatives with overarching business objectives.

 Serve as a trusted advisor on matters pertaining to internal communications, culture enhancement, and employee engagement strategies.

 Measurement and Analysis


Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the efficacy of internal communication initiatives, cultural transformation efforts, and employee engagement programs.

Analyze data insights to continuously refine strategies, optimize impact, and drive continuous improvement.

Personal Skills

- Proven ability to develop and implement innovative communication strategies that drive cultural change and positively impact employee engagement.


- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an acute attention to detail and the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.


- Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.


- Proficiency in leveraging analytics and data-driven insights to measure the impact of communication and engagement initiatives.


Technical Skills

Proficiency in digital content management and employee engagement software.


Demonstrated ability in leading and implementing successful cultural transformation initiatives.


Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset, able to integrate communication and engagement strategies with broader organizational objectives.


Demonstrated track record of at least 5-7 years in a managerial role specializing in internal communications, culture change, and employee engagement within a complex organizational setting


Education

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
