DGLab Agency is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Strategist to elevate our clients' online presence and engagement. If you’re passionate about social media and eager to drive impactful campaigns for diverse client accounts, we want you on our team!
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and implement cutting-edge social media communication strategies that support and enhance our clients' brand objectives.
- Provide expert guidance to community managers to achieve industry-leading engagement and create disruptive, reactive social media moments for our clients.
- Lead social media analytics for assigned client accounts, ensuring accurate and insightful report generation by the team.
- Establish targets to boost brand awareness and customer engagement for our clients, while efficiently managing the social media budget.
- Develop and execute compelling content strategies across multiple platforms to engage and grow our clients' audiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role; prior experience in agencies is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of all social media platforms, algorithms, and the latest digital marketing trends.
- Experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external clients.
- Exceptional multitasking and time-management abilities to juggle multiple client projects efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field .
Work Conditions:
- Working Hours 8H daily, Full-time
- Working Days: 5 days weekly
- Work Location: Shibien El-Kom "Hybrid & Remote Workplace"
