We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team

Job Description:-
- Organizing and managing daily administrative operations.
- Following up on the general objectives of the administration and coordinating them between departments
Supervising support services such as maintenance, cleaning, and security.
- Coordination with suppliers and contractors, contract management, and commercial relations.
Coordination between departments:
- Ensuring that departments are linked together to ensure effective cooperation and resolve existing overlaps within administrative departments.
- Managing businesses not directed to a separate department and providing the necessary support for its implementation.
Planning and organization:
- Developing annual and monthly work plans for the Administrative Affairs Department.
- Organizing and arranging internal meetings and events.
- Preparing periodic reports on the department’s performance and submitting them to senior management.
Financial supervision:
- Preparing and monitoring the administrative department’s budget.
- Follow up on expenditures and ensure compliance with the set budget.
- Find ways to reduce costs and improve the department's financial performance.
Job Requirements
Experience Needed 7:10 Years
-Proven work experience as an Operations Associate or similar role
-Excellent communication and listening skills
-Ability to work under pressure
-Strong computer proficiency
-Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial
