K Group is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
**Location:** Sheraton, Cairo
**Job Summary**
K Group is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes while providing best HR practices. The HRBP will support employees in various HR daily activities and resolve work-related issues. The role also involves assisting in the development, improvement, and implementation of human resource policies and procedures, conducting onboarding/orientation for new team members, handling paperwork related to new hires, and maintaining employee files and records.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes while providing best HR practices.
- Provide support to employees in various HR daily activities such as leaves, mission, or medical insurance issues, and resolve any work-related issues.
- Assist in the development, improvement, and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
- Conduct onboarding/orientation for new team members.
- Handle all paperwork related to new hires and registration of company employees.
- Maintain employee files and records in both hard and soft copies.
- Collect and analyze employee data and maintain accurate and complete employee records.
**Job Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
- 2-4 years of HR experience in the Mobile Tech industry is a must.
- Very good command of English (oral and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
