*Job Description:

*Scib Paints is seeking a dedicated Treasury Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on bank balances and accounts daily, preparing settlement memos for bank accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves conducting all correspondence and transactions with the company’s banks, analyzing and reviewing bank accounts and expenses, and preparing regular reports for the direct manager.


*Key Responsibilities:

-Follow up on balances and accounts of banks daily to cover company accounts for each bank.

-Prepare settlement memos for bank accounts, identify daily discrepancies, find solutions, and record them in reports sent to the direct manager.

-Conduct all correspondence and transactions for the company's accounts with banks.

-Analyze and review all bank accounts and expenses, prepare reports, and send them to the direct manager.

-Conduct confirmations with all banks regularly to review the company's accounts.

-Prepare guarantee letters and all documents required for bank transactions, and analyze and review related reports regularly.

-Follow up on all cash deposits and checks from branch customers, verify their validity in coordination with branch accountants, and provide support to resolve any banking transaction issues.


*Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Commerce - Accounting Section.

-Strong communication skills.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work with people at all levels.

-Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
