#Tech_Lead
#Be_the_Technical_Visionary:
· Guide and lead the development team.
· Oversee the entire software development lifecycle.
· Deliver projects on time and within scope.
#Collaborate_and_Foster_Innovation:
· Work with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers) to define project requirements and deliver solutions.
· Conduct regular code reviews, maintaining best practices and coding standards.
· Implement and maintain automated testing & continuous integration pipelines.
#Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degrees a plus).
· Minimum 6 years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
· Expertise in multiple programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript). Familiarity with front-end/back-end frameworks.
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong understanding of Agile principles.
· Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Click up, Trello, or Asana
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to motivate and lead a team.
· Relevant certifications (Certified Scrum Master, PMP) are advantageous.
#Software_Developer
#Design_Develop_Maintain:
· Design, develop, and maintain software applications according to project requirements and technical specifications.
· Write clean, efficient, and reusable code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
· Identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and ensure software reliability.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
· Create and maintain technical documentation (design specifications, user guides, maintenance procedures).
· Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, suggesting improvements to the development process and technical stack.
#Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees a plus).
· Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
· Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP). Familiarity with front-end/back-end frameworks.
· Experience with version control systems like Git.
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Oracle Certified Professional) are advantageous.
