Key Responsibilities:

.Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records.

.Ensuring invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.

Requirements:

Job Description:


· Responsible on daily operational and analytical data for distribution team in each of his sites, while ensuring efficiency and proper replenishment through delivering all the invoices.

Ensure achieving distribution KPIs “trucks utilization, sellable returns, stoppage trucks, Number of delivery invoices, Route compliance, working days and days off for the team under his supervision.

Communicate and resolve any further incremental cost of delivering repetitive orders.

Set a tracking system reports daily, weekly, monthly and annual per channel and site in order to monitor distribution KPIs, cost efficiency per route and vehicles (including combined trucks sites)-Using SAP, Road Net, Hand Held and time motion applications.

Ensure that trucks replacement plan will be incorporated with utilization calculations model.

Applying routing re- engineering methodology and wrong coordinators updates with sales team and routing teams on a quarterly basis.

Implementing health and safety procedures for distribution team.


Job Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

2-5 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain or Distribution or Fleet or warehousing.

Strong communication and networking skills.

Leadership, Negotiating and Analytical skills.

SAP user is a MUST.

Good command of both written and spoken English.

Geographical Knowledge of Greater Cairo.


Work Conditions:

·  Working days from Saturday to Thursday

·   Working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM.

·   Job location: Head Office – Abu Rawash.
