El Shennawy Construction is hiring:
☞Senior Admin Specialist
Location: El Maadi (HQ).
Department: HR Department.
Reports to: HR & Admin Manager.
📌Main Duties
🔸Ensure proper execution of activities relevant to work-related admin services and their contracts.
🔸Ensure the provision of transportation, catering, and other hospitality services to employees and visitors in line with policy.
🔸Manage the relationship with service providers and accommodations to ensure proper delivery of required services.
🔸Ensure proper staffing and coverage by different administration functions in different regions.
🔸Manage admin staff, drivers, and tea boys to ensure appropriate coverage.
🔸Manage monthly closing across all sites (Attendance, Leaves, etc..)
🔸organize internal employee events.
📌Job Requirements
🔸Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
🔸3+ years of relevant experience.
🔸Good command of the English language.
🔸Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
🔸Strong conflict resolution, management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
🔸Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
🔸Writing and Reporting.
