Responsibilities:
1- Planning Customer Care Strategy with Top Management that goes with the company’s strategy.
2- Perform the breakdown for the strategy pillars into actions assigned to stakeholders with due dates.
3-Perform a Weekly follow up with stakeholders on the actions’ status.
4- Prepare monthly progress report for the strategy to Customer Care management and stakeholders.
5- Finding creative solutions to achieve the required targets set by top management (cost reduction- customer experience- transactions accuracy).
Qualifications:
-Strong Analytical skills.
-Project management Knowledge.
-Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
-Excellent presentation skills.
-Advanced MS Office (word, excel, power point, Visio , access, & SharePoint) -Business analysis skill, interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
-Advanced Leadership & planning skills.
-Advanced communication skills and following the correct protocols in communicating with top management.
