*Job Description

*Gift Cards & Loyalty

-Monitor client's accounts and oversee loyalty transactions

-Manage and solve gift cards and loyalty card orders and inquiries

-Provide card inventory reports

-Coordinate the implementation of loyalty programs across various channels, including online platforms, mobile apps, and in-store.


*Fraud Audit

-Investigate alerts and conduct trend analysis on customer profiles, groups, and behavior using internal data. Review past incidents to understand any gaps in coverage and help identify new avenues for fraud/abuse before they occur

Conduct quality control reviews to ensure escalations are handled in compliance with existing policies and/or laws


*Data Analytics

-Use data analytics to gain insights into customer preferences and trends, making informed decisions to optimize the program.

-Provide support to customers who have questions or issues related to the loyalty program.


*General

-Task prioritization and resource planning within the projects and tasks for self

Planning and organizing to effectively structure work assignments for timely delivery on system analysis assignments.

-Quality Orientation to effectively perform assigned activities/tasks in a manner that consistently achieves high-quality standards or benchmarks.

-Freedom to make decisions to resolve problems without consulting Senior Manager, Card Systems Support, but advice later thus ensuring business operations continuity.

-Team player and able to work with minimum supervision.

*Job Requirements

-Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst

Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.

-Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, MobApps.. etc).

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

-Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.

-BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users on various technical issues and problems.

Respond to queries either in person, via email, or over the phone.

Issue Resolution:

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.

Installation and Configuration:

Install, configure, and update computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.

Maintenance:
