Fawry Microfinance is hiring an HR Analyst in Giza, Egypt:
*Job Description:
-Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, including recruitment systems, employee surveys, and other data sources
-Generate reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics and KPIs, such as turnover and retention reports, employee engagement and satisfaction, employees' benefits, etc.
-Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights affecting strategic HR decisions.
-Develop predictive models and forecasting techniques to anticipate future workforce needs and trends.
-Collaborate with HR stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations and insights.
-Participate in the design and implementation of HR initiatives and programs based on data analysis and best practices.
*Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or any other related field.
-1-3 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related field
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Python.
-Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
-Strong understanding of Human Resources practices.
-Professional communication skills.
-Professional command of the English Language.
