Human Resources Specialist

 Nesma Airlines is currently hiring a Human Resources Specialist.


Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the implementation of the Staff Annual & Semi-Annual Performance Reviews.

- Responsible for administrating, organizing, and coordinating performance management programs to ensure employee understanding of performance measures, job expectations, and clarity of goals, objectives, and performance results.

- Onboard new employees and conduct orientations.

- Overview of the employee activities and performance from time to time.

- Provide detailed reviews of employee performance.

- Assist in researching and drafting human resources policies.

- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the talent acquisition process.


Requirements:


- Bachelor’s degree.

- 1-2 years of experience as an HR specialist or in a junior HR role.

- Ability to generate and analyze performance metrics using Excel and other reporting tools.

- Complete familiarity with HR processes and programs.


Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Complete knowledge of MS Office.

- Certified human resources specialist with a certificate from an HR certification institute is a plus.
