- Use CPS (Corporate Payment System) to pay governmental duties as customs, taxes and social insurance.

- Logistics import & export accounting background is preferred for reviewing custom release declaration and custom clearance invoices that received from the logistics agency.

- Review invoices to ensure the accuracy of the financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purpose.

- Implement the payment process by receiving and registering suppliers' invoices, verifying against contract agreements and terms of payment and arrange with cash management part for the timely execution of payments.

- Perform reconciliation of discrepancies in the payment transactions.

- Apply proper codes to invoices, documents and files to keep records organized and easily searchable.

- Control E-invoice system.

- Stay on top of applicable governmental requirements to minimize legal and financial risks.

- Cooperate with finance team to complete month-end accruals and closing procedures.

- Prepare half-year and end-year balance confirmations with suppliers.

- Support tax team and auditors by the required documentations and invoices.


•Job Requirements:

- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant studies.

- 2-4 years experience in the same filed.

- Good English skills both spoken and written.

- Very good skills in Microsoft office (recommended high level in Excel).

Execute installation tasks, assembling machines and conveyers.

Execute preventive maintenance activities in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures andreinstate equipment into production environment according to defined expectations.

Execute timely reporting of all discovered Technical Issues according to the QTIM processes.

Execute installation of relevant rebuilding/upgrade kits according to procedures and reinstate equipment into production environment according to defined expectations.

Inform relevant Tetra Pak staff about ongoing service activities as well as of any issues affecting the customer or the quality of Tetra Pak service. Inform about any business opportunity discovered at the customer through the relevant channels.

Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times, ensuring and promoting good working relationships with the customer and that TP’s reputation is sustained.

Execute and complete all relevant reports in an accurate and timely way. Distribute reportsaccording to existing procedures and ensure that proper handover is done.

Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements.

Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak standards and requirements regarding product.

 Profile description:

We believe you have 3+ years' experience in Installations, maintenance and/or service work.
