Title: Agencies Account Manager- Personal Care
Job Responsibilities
· Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges.
· Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new agency partnerships and the expansion of existing relationships. Develop and execute sales strategies, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities.
· Monitor sales agencies' performance against targets and KPIs. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and take proactive measures to optimize sales processes and improve performance.
· Identify and prospect for new agency partners that align with the company's business objectives and target markets. Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's network of agency relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any relative field (medical background is preferable)
7+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, with a proven track record of success in the agency/partner channel
Has relevant experience in Personal Care.
Excellent command of the English language and Microsoft Office Programs.
