Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Talent Management Specialist at NATCO. The Senior Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to employee engagement, training and development, performance management, succession planning, and talent management. This is an on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt.
Qualifications
years of experience 5 to 7 years in human resources.
experience in recrutement and manpower planning
Employee Engagement, , and Performance Management skills
Succession Planning and Talent Management skills
Experience in implementing talent management programs
Strong analytical skills preferred studying hr analytics
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
using visio and power point is a must.
