Responsibilities :

-Researching departments in detail prior to commencing the auditing process.

-Assessing core business competencies and valuations.

Requirements: 

Experience In Hospitality

- A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or accounting sciences.

- Certification as a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Financial Services Auditor, or similar.

-At least 3 years experience as a financial accountant, financial analyst or business accountant.

-A thorough understanding of key areas such as risk, compliance, and financial legislation.

-In-depth knowledge of accounting software such as Sage Pastel, SAP, SUN or similar systems.

-Impeccable organizational and analytical skills.

-Ability to work in a team environment.

-Ability to work according to tight deadlines.

-Proficient at detailed report writing and presentation.

-Exceptional financial research training and abilities.

 Responsibilities:

Record & Monitoring 

Review, record and control all inbound and outbound material transactions in/out of all inventory locations (stores & warehouses) 

Review supplier goods receiving notes and match it to internal records. 

Analyze and monitor daily DMC & stock levels at stores 

Inventory Control 

Conduct regular store audit visits "Material & Cash Spot Check“ 

Conduct regular analysis of F&B costs. 

Generate detailed reports on cost variances (Budget vs Actual) and (Actual vs Standard) 

Reporting & Analysis 

Provide insights and recommendations based on cost analysis 

Implement and maintain effective inventory management procedures. 

Menu Costing 

Collaborate with chefs and menu planners to cost out menu items. 

Regularly review and update menu costs based on ingredient prices. 

Analyze menu engineering data to maximize profitability.

Purchasing Section Head

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the implementation of procurement operations and prepare purchase orders to ensure the receipt of required items in supply orders on time for the requesting management and to comply with the ISO timeframe and to cover emergency needs, applying studied scientific and technical materials.

2. Daily monitor all incoming purchase requests for the management until the needs of all departments dealt with are met on time, avoiding delays in purchase requests beyond the specified period by the management for executing the purchase order.

3. Regularly monitor the shipment of incoming goods and their arrival at the company to ensure their delivery during working hours without imposing additional burdens on the company and benefiting from them as soon as possible, ensuring the safe arrival of goods in accordance with the needs of the requesting party.

4. Establish a strong, extensive, and diverse supplier base for each category and continuously update it to identify new suppliers, agencies, and distributors periodically to negotiate effectively, in addition to diversifying the supply and providing alternatives at lower costs to avoid the risk of monopolization, serving the interests of the business.

5. Ensure the improvement of supplier performance in terms of product quality and delivery times to obtain the best

quality at an appropriate price within the required timeframe to prevent production disruptions and ensure sourcing products from reliable sources rather than untrustworthy ones

6. Negotiate to improve payment terms with suppliers to ensure not exceeding the budget set by management.

7. Strive to improve product cost by accessing the best prices in the market to minimize the final product cost, leading to increased profits.

8. Provide technical support and specifications for spare parts and provide new information about them to ensure technical compliance for speedy delivery.

9. Monitor supplies and match them with warehouses to ensure that incoming quantities to the warehouses match the supply order and invoice and to address any inspection issues promptly.

10. Monitor returns in warehouses due to technical inspection and replace them with suppliers according to the policy followed for replacement with items.

11. Commit to implementing procurement policies and systems in line with ISO standards to attract new suppliers so that the procurement system followed in the procurement is uniform for all department personnel.

12. Submit periodic reports to the department head and inform them of completed tasks, in addition to notifying them of problems and obstacles encountered for prompt resolution


Requirements

· Bachelor degree of Engineering

· From 8 to 10 years of experience in same field.       

· High negotiation skills.
