 We are currently seeking a passionate and accomplished "Payroll Supervisor" to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Review the monthly Payroll Results, Bank Files & Reports for each client before submission to ensure the quality and accuracy of the deliverables

• Participate with the HRO Manager in lunching the new Projects in the setup and Implementation phases.

• Coaching HRO team and guide them in order to improve their skills and achieve the required goals. 

• Gives advice to the clients on disciplinary and grievance matters in accordance with labor law

• Develop and maintain a system to ensure that staff files are kept up-to-date

• Ensure delivering the Year end reports for clients and yearly tax reconciliations.

• Performs any other duties or any tasks assigned to him by management.

• Follow the implemented ISO policies and procedures

• Prepare the consolidation sheet for each report and analyze the variances if any.


Requirements:

• 4-5+ Solid years of experience in Payroll. 

• Excellent English Speaker IS A MUST.

• Ability to lead his subordinates.

• Must have excellent MS Excel skills.

What You’ll do:

Analyses financial data and create financial models for decision support.

Work with the Head of Department to provide analytical support on ad hoc financial analyses that drive strategic business decisions.

Prepare monthly GP analysis per SKU, Brand &Category including the justifications for components impact.

Work closely with GM in preparing for sales forecast or sales budget process and handle all issues relating to the system. 

Prepare monthly profitability report by segment.

Assist in the end year audited financial statement and requirements relating to issue the final.

Assist in preparing the monthly financial review presentation.

Arrange frequent meetings with management and discuss actual financial performance and highlight main drivers impacting the P&L


What you’ll need:

Bachelor's degree in related field.

4-6 years of experience in Financial Analysis.

Excellent standard of written and spoken English and ability to communicate effectively.

Excellent standard of Computer skills. Mainly in Excel and Power Point.

Part of the duties:

* Work on and Prepare in the HR budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting, and adjusting of the budget

* Prepare the monthly, and quarterly reports, and dashboard

* Design and develop increment and bonus payout

* Design and develop compensation policies

* Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan

Qualifications:

HR-related certificate is preferred

Proficient use and command of office: word-excel-power point. 

Strong communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of local laws and regulations.

Excellent command of English Language
