Location:10th of Ramadan City, Cairo
*Job Description:
-We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to forecast hiring needs, implement training and development plans, and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes, with experience in HRIS and ATS.
*Key Responsibilities:
-Forecasting and Recruitment:
-Forecast hiring needs to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.
-Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for recruitment processes.
*Training and Development:
-Implement training and development plans for employees.
-Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
-Employee Records and Organizational Charts:
-Update employee records with new hire information and changes in employment status.
-Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
*HR Policies and Compliance:
-Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
-Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
*Employee Support:
-Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
-Ensure effective communication and problem-solving within the team.
*Job Requirements:
-Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
-Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), such as BambooHR and PeopleSoft.
-Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
-Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes.
-Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Good problem-solving abilities.

-BSc/MSc in Human Resources or a relevant field.
