* The Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for handling projects and phases in our consultancy and outsourcing services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
1- Understand the client's needs and expectations from the HR department and the project.
2- Conduct HR Audits at the client's premises to stand on the departmental HR development points.
3- Develop, deliver, and implement all the OD functions at the cleints' premises as per ENGAGE's standards and within the projects' time frame.
4- Manage and monitor the HR activities throughout the project.
5- Share the Projects' progress report with the stakeholders and ensure that the project is on track.
6- Build and maintain relationships with the clients to ensure achieving the projects' satisfaction and repeated business.
7- Stay up to date with market trends, emerging technologies, and industry HR best practices, and stay informed about changes in the HR Industry.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or any relevant field.
5 - 7 years of experience in HR.
Preferably experience in HR consulting.
Proficiency level in English language (written and spoken).
