All Care Group hiring Secretary and Office Manager to join our company immediately.
Job Description:
· Prepare and disseminate
correspondence, memos and forms.
· Respond to inquiries via email.
· Assist with presentations and reports.
· Handling administrative requests and queries
· Provide general support to visitors
· Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
· Assists with the commercial department
· Prepare confidential
correspondence, itineraries, agendas and other confidential administrative tasks as assigned.
· Attend meetings to compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings as needed.
· Coordinate between departments and the CEO.
· Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
· Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
Job Requirements:
· Relevant Bachelor Degree, preferable English major.
· Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
· Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
· High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
· Fluency in English (written and verbal)
· Excellent in French would be prefer
· Integrity and professionalism
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
