Localization Section Head - CKD Sector
Job Description:
-Prepare commodity packages for localization including 2D, 3D dwgs., technical & assembly requirements, and validation & testing plans.
-Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders in part development process and production part approval process to ensure delivery of quality products similar or better performance than imported parts.
-Implement localization plan according to budget, time and local percentage requirements.
-Analyses issues and identifies problem root causes, follows through implementation of containment plan and prevention.
-Maintain lessons learned log by commodity for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
-B.Sc. Mechanical, Industrial, Materials Engineering, Automotive
-10 years of experience in the same field.
-Experience in local content development
-Cost-saving measures.
-Advanced technical skills.
-Technical Analysis.
-Excellent problem-solving skills.
-Strong Organizational Skills.
