We are currently seeking a motivated Patient accountant to join our team at Misr International Hospital.
Responsibilities:
-Review and verify insurance information provided by patients.
-Collect payments from patients for processing
-Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies.
-Monitor outstanding patient accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
-Resolve billing discrepancies.
-Generate bills for patients including payment plan options
-Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely billing.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with the insurance claim submission process.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a healthcare or medical billing environment.
-Understanding healthcare compliance regulations.
-Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
-Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
