Panda Egypt ( retail company) is hiring OD specialist in October HQ
Key of responsibilities :
• Review and maintain the Job Profiles/Descriptions for all the company to be continuously aligned with the company goals.
• Assist in the update and maintain the Policy & Procedure whenever need.
• Responsible for Performance Appraisal Management System for office workers and non-office workers.
• Regular Update the Organization Structure.
• Create and implement Engagement programs that connect employees with business goals and to increase loyalty to employees.
• Managing and maintain all the OD. Functions i.e.: (the hierarchy, position, organization and assignment) for all operations and the HO on Oracle.
• Responsible for any internal Communication related to the business and employees.
* Requirements:
- university degree
- 1-2 years experience in same position
Work conditions:
* location: October
* Days off: 2 days off
