* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making job offers.
*-Responsibilities:*
•Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
•Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
•Coordinate interviews and assessment tests
•Assist in conducting reference checks and background checks
•Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
•Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment metrics
•Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
*-Requirements:*
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
•Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role for at least 6 months.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
