#Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at #Gumla as a Bilingual AP Accountant. The ideal candidate will have experience with the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
#Responsibilities:
- Receive and process vendor invoices, including matching to purchase orders and receiving reports.
- Enter and code invoices into the accounting system.
- Process payments to vendors in a timely and accurate manner, Reconcile accounts payable accounts to vendor statements.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any payment discrepancies.
- Following up and solving inquiries shared by the stakeholders and suppliers.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Prepares weekly and monthly A.P by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances and summarizing information.
- You will handle vendor Reconciliations: Trade & Non – Trade.
- Develop account reconciliations, journal entries, data compilation and analysis, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with departments and compile all financial information for reporting / analysis purpose.
- Monitoring and reporting of stock / trade position.
#Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position (E-Commerce are preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Odoo System experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, especially in the (E-Commerce).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Proactive and Meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
