Ridgewood for Water Desalination is hiring (Commercial Manager) with the following criteria:
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and lead the company's overall commercial strategy, driving growth, profitability, and market share.
2.Oversee and coordinate the activities of various commercial functions, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer service.
3.Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and optimize the company's commercial offerings.
4.Collaborate with the executive team to align the commercial strategy with the overall corporate objectives and ensure cross-functional alignment.
5.Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to reach target customers, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue generation.
6.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to foster growth and build strategic alliances.
7.Lead the commercial team, providing strategic direction, mentoring, and fostering a high-performance culture.
8.Identify, evaluate, and recommend new products, services, or market expansion opportunities to diversify the company's revenue streams.
9.Analyze financial and operational data to measure the performance of commercial initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
10.Ensure the development and implementation of effective pricing strategies, discounting policies, and customer segmentation models.
11.Represent the commercial interests of the organization and serve as the primary liaison with external stakeholders, such as investors, regulators, and industry bodies.
12.Participate in the formulation of the company's overall strategic plan and provide input on the commercial implications and feasibility.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
•Selling skills and closing deals.
•Fluent in English.
•Excellent in Microsoft Office especially Excel and word.
•Experience in water desalination is a must.
Work place: (Heliopolis,Cairo & Possibility to travel outside Cairo according to work needs)
