Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Sales Specialist at CHIC HOMZ located in New Cairo. The Showroom Sales Specialist will :
-Greet and direct customers
-Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
-Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
-Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
-Cross-sell products
-Manage returns of merchandise
-Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
-Inform customers about discounts and special offers
-Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
-Stay up-to-date with new products/services
-Achieving sales targets and generate sales leads
-Maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in selling furniture at least 1 year.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven track record of sales success
- Interior Design knowledge and expertise
- Bachelor's degree from any reputable university
- Ability to work cooperatively with a team and individually
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
