Office Admin

 “Office Admin” is required in a reputable hospitality services company located in Downtown - Cairo


Responsibilities:

·Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.

·Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, clients, and partners.

·Prepare and review reports, memos, letters, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.

·Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

·Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO and other executives as needed.

·Coordinate with IT and other departments to resolve technical issues and ensure the functionality of office equipment and systems.

·Implement and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and electronic, for easy retrieval of documents.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project management initiatives, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

·Conduct research and provide recommendations on various topics as assigned by the CEO.

·Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets related to office operations and special projects.

·Uphold professional conduct and discretion, representing the CEO and the company in a positive and professional manner.

·Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

·  Fluency in English is a Must.

· 2 years maximum of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role supporting C-level executives.

· Proficient in using office software and collaboration tools, including MS Office and project management platforms.
