Job Title: HR Operations Supervisor
Reports To: HR Manager
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and overseeing HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Operations Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR department.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
-Implement HR policies and procedures.
-Manage and maintain employee records, including personnel files, payroll records, and benefits enrollment.
-Provide HR support to managers and employees, including answering questions about HR policies and procedures, processing payroll changes, and assisting with benefits enrollment.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree.
-8+ years of experience in construction industry.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage team.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
