 We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team


-Work Location: Mohandessin - Giza


Job Description:-

- Organizing and managing daily administrative operations.

- Following up on the general objectives of the administration and coordinating them between departments

Supervising support services such as maintenance, cleaning, and security.

- Coordination with suppliers and contractors, contract management, and commercial relations.

Coordination between departments:

- Ensuring that departments are linked together to ensure effective cooperation and resolve existing overlaps within administrative departments.

- Managing businesses not directed to a separate department and providing the necessary support for its implementation.

Planning and organization:

- Developing annual and monthly work plans for the Administrative Affairs Department.

- Organizing and arranging internal meetings and events.

- Preparing periodic reports on the department’s performance and submitting them to senior management.

Financial supervision:

- Preparing and monitoring the administrative department’s budget.

- Follow up on expenditures and ensure compliance with the set budget.

- Find ways to reduce costs and improve the department's financial performance.


Job Requirements

Experience Needed 7:10 Years

-Proven work experience as an Operations Associate or similar role

-Excellent communication and listening skills

-Ability to work under pressure

-Strong computer proficiency

-Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial

This position is responsible for the development of a wide variety of designs across digital and offline media.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and prepare digital material, including creating graphic files and Internet-ready artwork.

- Direct graphic design workflow through effective prioritization and time management skills.

**Work Experience:**

- At least 2 years of graphic design experience, either in an agency, professional services, or B2B setting.

Senior Internal Auditor


Job objective:

Reporting to the internal audit manager, and responsible under his supervision for executing significant or complex audits (Compliance, Financial, Operation, etc.), or work independently for routine audits.


Main responsibilities:

• Plans and performs audits to provide audit findings of high quality and strategic relevance.

• Contributes to certain Internal Audit Sector activities such as annual risk assessment, internal audit plan formulation and other special projects and initiatives.

• Independently, or in collaboration with the Audit Manager as appropriate, identifies key risks, including inefficiencies, at the business process level based on an understanding of strategic priorities and business risks at the corporate level, and is able to request or make appropriate scope adjustments to the audit assignment as required.

• Submits persuasively and concisely reports on assignment results in writing to senior management and committee for review.

• May participate in meetings with the Audit Committee to support the presentation of internal audit findings by the Internal Audit Sector.

• Document and summarize substantive and comprehensive issues identified during internal audits, and identify potential broader conclusions about risk management, and implications for the company.


Education and Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance, or equivalent.

• 5+ years of experience in a related role (Audit firm experience is an advantage).

• Excellent knowledge of Arabic and English.

• Related certifications (CPA, ACCA, CIA, etc. is an advantage)
