Job Title : Senior Purchasing Specialist

Responsibilities / Duties:-


1-Studying MR/PR which is received from Coordination Team; then sending RFQs to supplier; checking all warehouses for available stocks.

2-Working on Comparisons between all proposals from suppliers and negotiating till finalzing final approved price from "Procurement Team Lead" then to approve from Cost Control Dept.

3-Finalizing POs and sending them to Coordination team & suppliers, then following up Payment & delivery to sites.

4-Coordinating between suppliers and drivers and purchasing specialists on site to get all items and deliver materials & sample boards if needed to site.

5-Preparing full status reports for paid orders indicating expected delivery dates. 6-Coordinating between Planning Dept. & Site Team in case of having any conflict with MRs/PRs


Requirements:-


• 7-10 years of experience in the same field.

• V.Good command of English.

• Excellent negotiation and analysis skills.

Academic and professional qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in faculty of commerce with preferably an accounting


Experience:

From 5 up to 7 years relevant experience in accounting & Minimum 3 Years in Costing and analysis (specified in building material - cement industry).

• Job Responsibilities

· Assist in developing and strengthening our HR systems and capabilities through training and mentoring according to specific project support plans, emphasizing meeting the company's unique needs.

·Under the direction of the Head of HR, to be responsible for compiling and submitting salary-related matters. (hiring, termination, sickness, maternity leave, unpaid leave, tax withholding, insurance contribution, etc.)

• Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration or equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role

Your Job

Conduct Medical Audit and review of received claims and compare according to scope of coverage and provider contracts before processing.

Processing of claims efficiently & accurately, in order to provide company records of all received claims before end of every month according to direction received by Claims Manager.

Work in high speed and efficiency to achieve monthly targets.

Entering data accurately and accurately check the service description and benefit matching, according to accepted medical coding rules, medical guidelines and policy’s schedule of benefits in order to provide accurate records to the company and PICs.

Checking the audit findings with the direct auditor and doing the corrections requested by the direct auditor, MNU or in house team.

Creating & submitting daily, weekly, monthly reports according to direct superior requirements.

Handle changes in the workload flow in terms of time, quantity and type of requests received with a clear focus on both quality and target.

Report any issues that may arise to direct superior.



Your Profile


Bachelor's degree of Medicine, Pharmacy or Dentistry

0-2 years of experience in their educational field.

Previous experience in the insurance field is a plus.

Fluent English language

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Time management skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle stress.

· Responsible on daily operational and analytical data for distribution team in each of his sites, while ensuring efficiency and proper replenishment through delivering all the invoices.

Implementing health and safety procedures for distribution team.


Job Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

2-5 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain or Distribution or Fleet or warehousing.

Leadership, Negotiating and Analytical skills.

SAP user is a MUST.

Good command of both written and spoken English.

Geographical Knowledge of Greater Cairo.
