Category Sales Supervisor

 Nile Projects & Trading Co. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Sales Supervisor to join our Automotive team. 

Location: 6th October


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share

Monitor and analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make recommendations to improve sales performance

Foster strong relationships with key accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Lead and supervise a team of category sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and training to the sales team

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and promotions

Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our products and leverage sales opportunities


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, automotive sales is a plus.

Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
