About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Training and Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs and initiatives that support the professional growth and development of our employees.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development requirements across various departments and levels within the organization.

Design and develop comprehensive training programs, curricula, and materials (e.g., instructor-led, e-learning, blended learning) to address identified training needs.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.

Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars on topics such as leadership development, professional skills, compliance, and organizational policies.

Develop and implement strategies to promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities for employees.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post-training assessments, feedback surveys, and other evaluation methods.

Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and completion rates.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.

Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees, as needed.

Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational development initiatives, such as change management, culture-building, and employee engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in training and development roles.

Excellent instructional design and facilitation skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
