with 7-10 years of experience in designing and developing the reward strategy, conducting the merit increase design exercise and managing and grading the salary structure updates.
2- Oraganization Design and Manpower Planning Expert,
with 7-10 years of experience in ODP strategy in line with both the HR and company’s strategy including full analysis, study of opportunities and benchmarks and enhance the organization structure governance, job evaluation, job analysis and resource management.
