We're urgently looking for an experienced and genuinely talented intern who can passionately join many operations in talent Acquisition & specified types of online research.
Qualification
Education: BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
HR_Diploma & Certificate is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 0:2 years
Location: Fifth Settlement - New Cairo
Duration: 3 days per week / 3+ months
Cairo resident is a must
Main_Duties: Internship Description
✅Assist in different HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement
✅Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
✅Deeply joining many day-to-day operations in recruitment & specified types of online research.
✅The intern will learn: Various skills by joining many real-life operations in Talent Acquisition
✔️Internship Start date: Immediate
✔️Duration: 3 days per week / 3+ months
✅The ideal intern's be able to smoothly join the following operations & many more ;
✅Contributing to drafting job descriptions, maintaining candidates' information, and providing general administrative support to the recruitment team.
✅Performing resume screening, phone screening & scheduling interviews.
✅Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.
✅Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
✅Prospecting new potential clients via performing different guided types of research on certain given websites & platforms.
✅Support various other functions as assigned
