 Senior HR Specialist


Job Description:

Senior HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, maintaining company policies and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have solid knowledge of labor legislation.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Update and record HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

·Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes.

·Coordinate all training and development programs to improve employee skills and performance.

·Manage employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

·Develop and manage employee compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

·Assist with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives.

·Oversee the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

·Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, labor unions, and external vendors.

·Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.

·Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.

·Follow all the KPIs reports implementations and records.

Manage all employees’ personnel such as filing, attendance, leaves, social insurance process and labor offices.


REQUIREMENTS:

.BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.

.Preferred to have HRI, HRM, HR Diploma.

·Proven work experience as a Humas Resources Specialist or similar role for at least 3 years

·Familiarity with filing, HR databases, Performance Management, and employment life cycle.

·Hands-on experience with full cycle of social, medical insurance and all governance related procedures.

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Strong analytical and reporting skills.

·Good problem-solving abilities.

·Detailed Oriented.
