Sales Manager - Real Estate.

Position overview:
The Sales Manager will lead the sales process to meet or exceed targets. This involves finding potential clients, building relationships, closing deals, and maintaining connections. He/ She 'll manage a sales team, work with other departments on new strategies, and analyze market trends and customer needs to create effective plans. Setting sales goals, monitoring performance, and adjusting strategies as needed will also be part of the role.
Job Requirements :
1- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is required.
2- A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales is necessary.
3- Proven capability in generating sales leads, finalizing deals, and achieving or surpassing sales objectives is essential.
4- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and team leadership abilities are crucial.
5- Proficiency in upper-intermediate level English is required.
6- Experience in team management is expected.
7- Familiarity with brokerage companies is preferred.
8- Strong presentation skills, along with excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, are necessary.
