Nile Air is Glad to announce a new vacancy within the HR department for a Personnel Specialist.
Work Location: Cairo, Sheraton Heliopolis
Job Description:
Tracking and recording employees' leave balances and excuses.
Support for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and build a strong relationship with them.
Creating and maintaining personnel records for each employee and maintaining the employee database on ERP system.
Dealing with the Social Insurance and Labor Office to solve any pending issue or problem concerning employees' records and files.
Establishing social databases for the entire staff (form 1,6 & 2).
Maintaining Employees Data on ERP (adding new hires, separations, adjusting changes)
Handling both the hiring and resignation process.
Handle terminations and end of contracts for the existing employees in accordance with labor law.
Stay updated on the latest labor laws, regulations, and best practices in Egypt and recommend necessary adjustments to the company's policies and practices.
Qualifications:
University degree preferably in HR or Law
Strong knowledge in Egypt's labor laws, regulations, and social insurance requirements.
2+ years of previous experience in HR in the same discipline. (Labor law & Social insurance)
ERP Experience is a must.
Strong customer service focus.
Time management and proper follow-up are a must.
