Key Account Manager

 EgyproFME Subsidiary of Wadi Degla is now hiring (Key Account Manager):

Job Description

• To ensure customer satisfaction, respond to all inquiries from customers right away. Ensure the

right transaction and keep an eye on the data's quality.

• Control and monitor all channels of communication through frequent meetings. to reward clients

and maintain their loyalty.

• Keep in touch with customers to boost business operations. 

• Provide summaries of client comments and complaints.

• Proven results in delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.

• Negotiate and interpret existing/renewal /amended contact through our internal and external

channels.

• To establish and manage the pipeline in the enterprise segment, look for new opportunities, and

strengthen and expand on those that already exist.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.

• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

• Verify the RFP documents, create the bid submission materials, and monitor the process until it

is granted. 

 

Job Requirements

• 3:5 years of overall work experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field 

• Live in Maadi or near areas

• Strong negotiation & persuasion skills, with the ability to follow through on customers.

• Target-oriented, organized team player.

• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel – Word – PowerPoint)

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Fluency in English.
