Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Job Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Review resumes and applications to pre-screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to extending job offers and onboarding new hires.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Provide HR policy guidance
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Suggest new HR strategies Job Requirements
Proven work experience as an HR business partner
knowledge of labor low -resignation process & recruitment
Participate in HR activity & Events.
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
BS degree in Human Resources or related field experience.
Very good English and speaking .
Microsoft ,Powe Point
Excel & dashboards.
Experience from 0 to 3 years.
