M squared is seeking a talented and creative “Content Creator” to join the Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, have a keen eye for detail, and be adept at creating engaging content across various platforms.
Job Location: Head Office – Mohandseen
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute content strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
· Create high-quality, original content for our website, blog, social media channels, and other digital platforms about all our projects.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop content ideas that align with brand objectives.
· Research industry trends and audience preferences to ensure content relevance and resonance.
· Optimize content for SEO and other key performance metrics.
· Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Stay up to date with emerging content formats, platforms, and trends to continuously innovate and improve our content strategy.
· Create videos and reels + editing for any events.
· Do daily stories and cover all facilities for our North Coast project “Masyaf”.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
· 1+ years of experience as a content creator, preferably in a real estate industry.
· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to grammar and punctuation.
· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
· Excellent English language (including grammar, spelling, and rhetoric).
· Have a Behance or a portfolio.
