We 're hiring " Chief Accountant "
Work location :- Head Office
Job duties :-
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
- Supervise the preparation of subcontractors' invoices and review their reports.
- Perform a full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission from all projects & to the office.
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances, and cost analysis.
- Work collaboratively with the accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances.
- Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments.
Job requirements :-
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Experience +8 years in#constructionindustry is a must.
- Strong leadership and decision making skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills
