Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor all notification and monitoring tools to identify potential issues.
- Analyze notifications, determine appropriate action, and assign cases to the responsible technical staff.
- Manage scheduled and planned outage notifications, ensuring a smooth transition for customers.
- Receive customer inquiries and complaints via calls, emails, and other channels, providing excellent first-line support.
- Initiate technical incidents and tickets, documenting details clearly and concisely.
- Conduct frequent follow-up on delayed or unassigned cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Generate customer utilization reports based on ticket data.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data center environment.
- Strong understanding of data center equipment and operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
