Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in 6th of October, who will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and addressing employee relations matters to enhance employee engagement and retention. The Human Resources Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, and will work closely with management to improve employee performance, productivity, and career development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and compliance
Demonstrated expertise in HR policies, procedures, and regulations, kpi's
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in teams and manage multiple priorities
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, as well as Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
SHRM Certification or other relevant HR certification is a plus.
