Job Description:
. Follow up projects progress with Design managers.
. Prepare progress log for all running activities.
. Follow up Ext. Consultants payments.
. Prepare Tech. analysis and progress reports.
. Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise.
. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
. Monitor project budgets and expenses, keeping records and reporting on financial aspects.
. Support consultant interactions by providing updates, gathering feedback, and addressing inquiries.
. Help manage project timelines, track milestones, and assist in meeting project deadlines.
. Provide project updates to project managers and stakeholders, including progress, budgets, and deviations from the plan.
. Assist in managing project scope and change requests, documenting changes, and obtaining approvals.
Job Requirements:
. BSc of Engineering – Arch. Department from a reputable University
. Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
. An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
. Demonstrates effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication.
. Good communication skills, good coordination skills, and ability to work with large teamwork.
