HR Business Partener

 Hiring " HRBP" in J&T Express EGY

Location: Giza


Job description:

1. Implementation of recruitment process in the region

2. Responsible for the preliminary review of recruitment requirements for various departments in the region.

3. Responsible for posting recruitment advertisement, collecting, organizing, and screening jobs resumes.

4. Proceed initial examination and providing initial examination opinions to the next stage of the interviewer.

5. Recruitment data organization and data archiving: Organize the basic recruitment data required by the headquarters, archive employees interview materials, recruitment reports, and other material.

6. Receive various complaints and labor disputed from employees, and property organize and follow up on the system.

7. Responsible for handling employees onboarding procedures, system entry, and establishing employee files and termination of employee labor contracts.

8. Attendance, overtime, and vacation management: responsible for verifying and summarizing monthly employees' attendance, overtime, and vacation data.


Job Requirements:

1. Proven working experience as HR for 1-2 years

2. Knowledge of HR systems and databases

3. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

4. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships

5. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

6. HR diploma in Human Resources or HR Workshop is preferred.

7. Excellent English.
