Position Overview:
As an Export Area Manager Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced Export Area Managers to support them in various tasks related to international business operations. This role provides an exceptional learning opportunity for individuals looking to gain insights into export strategies, market research, customer relations, and logistics coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Export Area Managers in market research and analysis to identify potential new markets and opportunities.
- Aid in the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and documentation for international clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of export processes, including logistics, finance, and legal compliance.
- Communicate effectively with international clients, addressing inquiries and providing outstanding customer service.
- Monitor shipment schedules and assist in resolving any shipping-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and contribute to the overall improvement of operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Graduated from any faculty, with a specialization in English studies.
- English proficiency at Level B2 or higher is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
