Senior Payroll Specialist

 Al Ahly Tamkeen is now hiring "Senior Payroll Specialist":

Responsibilities:
- Reviews, analyzes and verifies payroll reports and documents for accuracy; makes necessary adjustments or corrections through journal entries or other established procedures.
- Prepare and process payrolls, reports, tax records, and social insurance documents.
- Oversee of payroll costs to align with our annual budgetary framework.
- Create and processing of salaries, complemented by the preparation of comprehensive reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly cadence.
- Follow up on and verify the punctual remittance of taxes, social insurance, emergency relief fund, and other financial commitments through collaborative efforts with finance department.
- Coordinate with the chartered accountant to facilitate the seamless collection and timely remittance of quarterly income taxes, as stipulated by Form 4
- Monitoring and compilation of updates on employee developments, incentives, and variable factors across our branches and the head office on a monthly basis from relevant authorities and departments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or a relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of payroll principles, practices, regulations, and procedures. 
- Proficient in using payroll software and MS Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Very good English both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail to ensure that all data is processed correctly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
